Nb:SrTiO3
Nb doped SrTiO3 single crystal is similar to pure SrTiO3 in structure. But Nb: SrTiO3 has electric conductivity, it provide an electrode for certain thin film and devices. The resistivity of Nb:SrTiO3 is change between 0.1 – 0.001
W -cm along with Nb doping 0.01 – 0.001 wt %.
